Welcome to CryptoVaultPro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CryptoVaultPro website (the "Website") and the purchase and use of our hardware wallet products (the "Products"). The Website and Products are operated by CryptoVaultPro Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing the Website, purchasing or using our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Website or use our Products.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Website or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the Website or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

We strive to provide accurate information about our Products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on the Website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a Product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
All prices are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for Products listed at an incorrect price.
Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on the Website. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
Once an order is placed, we will process it as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
Our return policy allows returns within 30 days of receipt for unopened Products in their original packaging. Opened Products may be returned within 14 days if they are defective. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the Product is defective.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned Product has been received and inspected. Processing of refunds may take up to 10 business days.
Our Products are designed for securely storing private keys for cryptocurrencies. They are not intended for any illegal activities or for storing keys related to funds obtained through illegal means.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of CryptoVaultPro.
If you submit, post, or share content on our Website (such as product reviews, forum posts, or comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

We have the right to remove any content that, in our sole judgment, violates these Terms or may be offensive, illegal, or violate the rights of any person or entity.
CryptoVaultPro warrants that the Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase by the original purchaser ("Warranty Period").
If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, CryptoVaultPro will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, either (1) repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, (2) exchange the Product with a Product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts, or (3) refund the purchase price of the Product.
This Limited Warranty does not apply to:
EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY SPECIFIED ABOVE, THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CRYPTOVAULTPRO, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE OR PRODUCTS.
IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO CRYPTOVAULTPRO FOR THE PRODUCTS IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS, OR, IF GREATER, ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS WILL APPLY EVEN IF THE ABOVE STATED REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CryptoVaultPro, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Website or Products.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the Province of Ontario, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter.
Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page frequently so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any terms and conditions incorporated herein by reference constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and CryptoVaultPro regarding the Website and Products and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Website and Products.
